Installation and Use of Knife Gate Valves

The knife gate valve boasts advantages such as a simple and compact structure, rational design, lightweight construction that saves materials, reliable sealing performance, light and flexible operation, small size, smooth flow passage, low flow resistance, light weight, ease of installation, and easy disassembly. It can operate normally under working pressures ranging from 1.0 MPa to 2.5 MPa and temperatures between -29°C and 650°C. The gate plate of the knife gate valve features a shearing action that effectively scrapes off adherent substances from the sealing surface, automatically removing debris. Moreover, the stainless steel gate plate prevents sealing leaks caused by corrosion.
