Pneumatic knife gate valve is a relatively complex automatic control instrument, composed of a variety of pneumatic components and valve bodies. It is mostly used in occasions requiring quick cut-off or opening. It is suitable for medium pipelines such as sugar, paper pulp, sewage, coal slurry, ash, dust, slag-water mixture, etc. It can be used as a medium for cutting off and throttling. The knife gate valve is suitable for horizontal installation and inclined installation. Double-acting cylinder: Two-position control for opening and closing of the gate; Single-acting cylinder: When the circuit and air circuit are cut off or malfunctions, the gate is automatically opened or closed (ie normally closed or normally open)
■ Control instructions
The pneumatic knife gate valve adopts SC series straight-stroke cylinder. The upper air inlet of the cylinder pushes the piston to lower the gate to close the valve, and the lower air inlet pushes the piston to raise the gate to close the valve.
